Vast Sales Experience
I started my virtual assistant business in February 2020; bringing 25-plus years of experience to the table. I worked in a wide range of industries including construction, education, government, legal, manufacturing, property management, and retail.
Through these experiences, I gained a ton of operational knowledge, became effective at developing relationships, learned to collaborate with others, and developed an eye for streamlining processes. I provide administrative support such as calendaring, creating processes, conducting research, managing email, arranging travel, and more!

I also provide access to everyday essential products that are high quality, safe for you and your family, and lead to a healthier you. My goal is to help you stay on top of your health so you can always put your best foot forward in life and in business.
Who am I? I was born in raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, and currently live just south of Downtown Minneapolis. What do I do in my spare time? I play trumpet, explore nature, snowshoe, downhill ski, water ski, take leisurely boat rides around Lake Wapogasset (in Wisconsin), and love to spend time in the sun. Ironically, Jeri and I discovered we have several mutual interests, including Drum & Bugle Corps, which is not a commonly known activity.
